Products

AsiaPalm is producing and selling several high-quality single stabilisers, our customers can use it either to adjust rheology, stability and colour or to create their own stabilisers combinations. It is also an essential additive in stabiliser onepacks. Metallic soaps are compounds of long-chain fatty acids in general, they are also a type of salts. In the most cases these additives are binding the Hydrochloric acid(HCl) to itself. Main representatives of metallic soaps are Calcium, Zinc and Magnesium soaps of Stearic.

Zinc Laurate

Zinc Laurate is a white solid, and have similar application performance with zinc stearate but have better better transparency. They are mainly applied in PVC as stabilizer , suitable for Ca-Zn stabilizer.

Calcium Fatty Acids

This products are rumen-protected fat which pass through the animal’ rumen and are digested in the small intestine, avoiding the negative effects on fibre digestion associated with rumen- active sources of fats.

EBS

EBS is white to pale yellow powder with good solvent resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance. It is widely applied as lubricant,plastic dispersant and antistat. EBS is both internal and external lubricants in production of ABS, polystyrene, nylon and phenolic resin.

L-PT

External lubricants reduce the adhesion between PVC and metal surfaces. They are mostly non-polar such as paraffin and polyethylene waxes. The external lubrication effect is largely determined by the length of the hydrocarbon chain, its branching and its functional group. At high dosages they can lead to cloudiness and exudation.

L-GO

Internal lubricants reduce the frictional forces occurring between the PVC molecule chains, thus reducing melt viscosity. They are polar and thus are highly compatible with PVC. They help achieve excellent transparency even at high dosages and do not tend to exudate, which helps optimizing welding, gluing, and printing properties of the final product.

Barium Stearate

Barium stearate is a white powder solid, a long-term heat stabilizer with lubricant function. It has no sulfurization pollution and excellent initial coloring when used alone.

Magnesium Stearate

Magnesium stearate is a white solid, insoluble in water, with high melting point. It is widely used in food, medicine, coating, plastic, rubber, textile and other industries, mainly as emulsifier, release agent, lubricant, stabilizer, accelerator, cosmetics base material, etc. It can be used in non-toxic products with calcium soap and zinc soap.

Zinc Stearate

Zinc stearate is a white solid, nontoxic, insoluble in most solvents, slightly soluble in hot aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons, vegetable oil, mineral oil, etc. The melting point is about 120 ℃. After melting, it is a liquid with small viscosity. They are mainly used in the plastics and rubber industries ,and are used as release agents and lubricants due to their good compatibility.

Calcium Stearate

Calcium stearate is a white solid, nontoxic, insoluble in most solvents, slightly soluble in hot aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons, vegetable oil, mineral oil, etc. It dehydrates and starts to soften at temperatures between 120℃ and 130 ℃，and takes a viscous consistency at approx. 160 ℃，and decomposes when the temperature is higher than 400 。In case of strong acid, it is decomposed into
