Pre Rup Temple
Pre Rup Temple was built in 961 by King Rajendravarman II, who came to throne of Angkor from 944 to 968. The temple was dedicated to Shiva (God of Hinduism).
Pre Rup is about 500 south of the East Baray and about 2 kilometers northeast of Srah Srang. Similar to East Mebon temple style, the temple is constructed with the mixture of sandstones and laterite with brick towers.
